The practice is located in the Fort Campbell, Post Exchange.  The office is located 20 minutes from Clarksville, TN and Hopkinsville, KY.  At this office we primarily see family members of active duty soldiers.  We see mostly children and young adults.  The practice has been in existence for 13 years.  The core value of our office is to provide quality exams rather than rushing folks through like cattle. Every one gets dilated unless they sign a waiver in refusal. This is strictly a facility that provides the optometry service and does not sell any products.  I have 2 twenty foot exam lanes, three technicians, and two other optometrist.  The equipment for the exam lanes is all newer well serviced Topcon equipment with Haag applanation tonometers, and automatic chart projectors that are remote controlled.  The office has a full field Humphrey visual field as well.  We do not have electronic medical records due to my preference
