Fields of Vision Eye Care is a long-standing comprehensive practice, located in Lebanon, New Hampshire. We are in the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont in close proximity to Dartmouth College with excellent referral and co-managing relationships with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and surrounding local providers. Our practice is equipped with state-of-the art equipment including OCT-A, OPTOS with FA, MPOD, Corneal topography with wave front analysis, and anterior segment imaging.
