SNF Wound Care is a group of providers who services nursing homes within the greater Los Angeles and Long Beach area for skin and wound care. Now hiring 1-2 practitioners to go to a few nursing homes daily and provide basic skin and wound care services a few days a week.

Lots of autonomy letting providers perform on their own but Physicians are always available.
