Push Health is a software platform that helps licensed doctors, NPs and PAs run their own virtual / telemedicine practices. Through Push Health, patients and providers connect online and can engage in healthcare services such as secure messaging, virtual consults and lab testing

At Push Health, we also work to be innovative with helping make new services like lab tests available to address public health concerns as they arise. For example, when concerns about and cases of the Zika virus started occurring, we worked to make a Zika test accessible for medical providers using Push Health. Patients with concerns about a Zika virus exposure can connect with a medical provider, get tested and get help once their lab results are complete.

Genetic testing is of growing interest as genetic lab testing has become more affordable. The MTHFR test is one example of a test that has grown in popularity, driven by online communities who have identified it as an underdiagnosed genetic mutation. Similarly, lab tests such as the celiac genetic test can open the door for better diagnosis of celiac disease, enabling people to modify their dietary needs to achieve better health.

Telemedicine has potential to transform the healthcare system and we hope to be a big part of it.
