Multi doctor, full-service general dental practice with two locations is searching for a confident and skilled dentist to join our teams.  

Buy in potential, after establishing a successful working relationship.

We Are:

• full service: Rarely referring endo, oral surgery, implants(standard/mini), dentures, conscious sedation.  

• paperless and fully digital

• 2 million dollar/yr practice (first practice)

• 1 million dollar/yr practice (second practice)

• dedicated and fast paced, with strong team

You Are?

• Licensed to practice in WA state

• DEA license and Malpractice insurance

• 2+yrs preferred, new grads considered

• Self motivated

• dedicated to dentistry and team

• willing to put in effort to reap rewards

Compensation

• 25% of production

• 2-4 days per week

• $1000 continuing education per full year with office

We are looking for a long term associate/partner who understands and prefers working in a team environment. These practices are already running smoothly with great systems and support staff in place - no need to remake the wheel here! We are interested in having someone who can pull their weight and understands the dentist is part of the team, not above it.
