Aspen Family Medicine and Geriatrics began in 2002 as John A. Fagan Family Practice and operated for twelve years proudly serving the community of Rancho Cucamonga and surrounding areas. In 2012, Dr. Fagan along with Physicians Assistant, Jocelyn Tomista decided to expand their ability to provide compassionate and quality care to their patients by welcoming aboard Dr. Mike Zuniga and Dr. Darlene Espinosa.
