We are busy and growing. Full scope practice with Optical and wonderful staff. Pre-testing by experienced staff includes autorefractor/keratometer, visual field, as well as widefield OCT and fundus photos with Topcon Maestro. Fully managed optical. Competitive compensation with opportunity for future growth. Full time - 5 day work week, 6 days if interested. Full 8 hour/day schedule. 3 Opticians, 1 pre-test / admin staff. Owner OD currently fills the 6th day of the week and available for mentorship. Percentage based compensation with minimum daily rate $500 guaranteed. Future buy in available and welcomed for the right candidate. Dividend payment would increase yearly compensation upon buy in. Wonderful opportunity for a motivated individual. Established relationship with OMD (closest located in nearby city) resulting in high medical management case load for practice with good balance of routine eye care. City of Lloydminster is one of the fastest growing cities in Alberta and is Canada's only border city! Ideal candidate - Optometrist looking to become independent OD with long term goal of ownership. Position will become available end of June but willing to wait until new grad fully credentialed if the right candidate is found.
