Dr. Hernandez Optometry is an independently owned practice that currently has three optometric facilities located in the cities of La Puente, Duarte and Huntington Park. The primary focus of the practice is to provide quality vision care as primary health care providers. Our goal is to provide the “Ultimate Vision Experience” which includes providing primary care, medical management, quality comprehensive vision exams, education on health awareness issues, the most recent technological advances for eyewear trends/ contact lenses, and the building of patient relationships.
