What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Doctor of Optometry who values patient-centered care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative setting
Empathy and professionalism in patient interactions
Conversational Spanish is a plus (but not required)
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage ocular diseases including:
Corneal ulcers, dry eye syndrome, lid disorders, and abrasions
Diabetic and hypertensive retinal pathology
Co-manage cataract patients and assist with pre- and post-operative care
Collaborate with our ophthalmologist and clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
Valid California optometry license (or in process)
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $120,000–$130,000 annually
