Private solo practice in Capistrano Beach, CA. Dr. Bob Sears provides a blend of mainstream and holistic pediatrics to Southern California families who are looking for a more natural approach to pediatric medicine. Most of our patients choose to raise their children without vaccines, and we provide vaccines to families who need to do vaccines for school. Due to overwhelming demand for this style of pediatrics, we are looking for a partner to join part time, with the possibility of building up to full time, who is open to this style of pediatrics. We are a no-insurance, fee-for-service office, but are not a concierge practice (no membership fees and no special concierge customer service). Monday to Friday, no weekends, no hospital rounds, and minimal after-hours call.
