We have two very seasoned veterinarians who have been in practice for many years. Throughout their careers, they have developed unique skills to aid in the types of services we offer here at Mountain River Veterinary Hospital. We offer laparoscopic spays on dogs and cats, which has allowed clients to get their pets spayed with 70-80% less pain post surgery. Our doctors do a wonderful job with after care, making sure patients can be as active as possible. In addition, for our cattle clients, we offer artificial insemination services and have a certified AI manager and certified AI techs on staff. 

We also practice equine reproduction work which includes housing mares, artificially inseminating mares, foaling mares, and ultra-sounds for pregnancies and breeding soundness exams.

We have a boarding facility at our clinic and have kennels available to accommodate even the largest of dog breeds. Dogs get let out into a large outdoor run multiple times a day. During the warm months of the year they also have their own personal outdoor run attached to their inside kennel. We have a doggie treadmill for those pets who may require a little more exercise, or they just need a walk and it's too cold outside.
