GDA|TLC is a non-profit organization based in Sylmar, California committed to transforming lives through partnerships with service dogs. We breed, raise, train and place guide, service and facility dogs with people who are visually impaired, Veterans with PTSD or mobility limitations, children with autism, and professionals who work with victims of crime, trauma or other challenging circumstances in facilities like hospitals, schools, police stations or courthouses. All dogs and services are provided at no cost to eligible applicants from throughout the US and Canada. We have a veterinary clinic on our campus and our team provides vet care, free of charge, to approximately 500 canines each year.
