You will be able to work in a private practice setting, which means no confusing out-of-touch corporate admin or non-medical executives. You will have direct contact with a compassionate, experienced OD owner, regular meetings and quick collaborative resolutions to issues, no aggressive, poor-quality 7-10 min exam scheduling, fun office parties, team building activities and staff luncheons. None of the complexities of practice management  and a support team of trained optical professionals including optometric technicians, opticians, contact lens technicians, receptionists, and management staff.
